Cancellations and rescheduling is accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Deposit WILL NOT be refunded but can be applied to rescheduled appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling under 48 hours result in LOSING YOUR DEPOSIT. Cancellations and rescheduling under 24 hours result in losing deposit and will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service*. No-Shows and same day cancellations lose deposits and will be charged up to 100% of scheduled service*. 

*client agrees to losing their deposit and will not be able to rebook until cancellation fee is paid. 

Parking is on site and free for you! We have a front and back side to the lot. Any unmarked spot is open to you during your appointment. Our neighborhood is safe but we are not responsible for any possible damages, theft, or lost items.

When coming to your appointment, there are a few things to keep in mind:

Please do not come with dirty hair, whether you haven't shampooed and are oily, or have product build-up; too dirty of hair is actually not good for color services and will need to be washed before color application can begin. 

Come with inspiration and reference photos to help achieve all your goals during your appointment. Take note of any concerns you're having and want to discuss. Be sure to plan your day accordingly, as some services will take 5-8 hours depending on the complexity of the look.

We offer refreshments of all sorts to clients during their appointment, but please feel free to bring your laptop, a book, water, snacks or anything you need to be comfortable during your visit. We have a deli located across the street.

Throughout your visit, we will take photos and videos for marketing and social media purposes. For those who enjoy being in front of the camera, wearing a solid black or white shirt always makes the hair pop! We also encourage you to prep your skin however you feel comfortable, as we will be taking photos from front angles. We want you to feel your best when being photographed! If you wish not to be posted, please let your stylist know before hand. Before and After photos will always be taken for portfolios and as a visual reference, but also do not need to be posted. 

Lastly, please screen yourself for any illnesses. Whether you have a cough, cold, sore throat, fever, runny nose, allergies, anything! Please do not come to your appointment. We understand things come up and getting sick is unpredictable. Reach out to your stylist to discuss your options. We are always here to help!
